Our Property Specialist was a pleasure to deal with – always very friendly, obliging and reassuring. Any issues we had very quickly and professionally and sought to provide positive outcomes to these issues at all times.Contact was also maintained with us throughout the building process to keep us informed of the project’s status, which was much appreciated.
The entire process co-ordinated by PWF was seamless, with very little involvement required of ourselves beyond execution of the contract. This was an aspect very much noted by us, because like many people, we are busy professionals with a young family and not much free time to devote to the administration and management of a construction project.
Our involvement with the builder has been very good and we are pleased with the outcome of the property. Being put in contact with third parties by PWF to further assist in the management of the practical completion stage and the future rental of the property has also been very much appreciated. We were very impressed by the attention to detail that building inspectors provided at the practical completion stage and to date have been very happy with the proactive service provided by the property managers. When I first went to the seminar at North Lakes I already had one investment property that I was not happy with the performance and was considering selling it. After talking to A PWF Property Specialist, I felt more confident with that property and I decided to keep it and use some of the equity to build my second investment property.
I know building an investment property can seem a bit daunting. With the PWF the whole experience was clean and easy. From the beginning I was included in every step throughout the process.
